Returns/Refunds, Warranty and Disclaimer-
Thank you for purchasing from IronClad Industries! We greatly appreciate your business. Please be advised that 3rd party dealers may have their own warranty and policies.
All products that are offered for sale are for OFF HIGHWAY use only.
It is the BUYERs responsibility to ensure that they are complying with all state, local, and federal laws.
Installation of these products COULD void your vehicle manufacturer's warranty.
IRONCLAD INDUSTRIES OFFERS A LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF IRONCLAD PRODUCTS. WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS USED DURING RACING. WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO FULL TURBO BUILDS, CUSTOM PARTS THAT ARE BUILT SPECIFICALLY FOR AN ORDER OR PRODUCTS NOT PRODUCED BY IRONCLAD INDUSTRIES.
All warranty claims MUST include a minimum of 4 pictures. Pictures must show all sides of the vehicle and the specific damage on the product. No warranty claims will be approved without pictures.
The customer will call 623-440-1138 to report damage. The representative will provide the customer with an email address to send pictures. If the damage meets the warranty requirements the customer will be given the address to ship products. Shipping will be at the customers expense. Customers are required to insure the products for the cost of the products when shipping. If the product is damaged further in shipping the customer will be responsible for contacting the shipping company for reimbursement.
Once the products are received IronClad Industries will determine whether the warranty applies or not.
In order to start the return process the customer must call 623-440-1138 within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving the shipment as determined by the tracking number. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. The customer must insure that the package is insured during shipment for the value of the returned items. If parts are damaged in the process of shipping the products to IronClad Industries the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping company and receiving damage reimbursement.
After initial contact with IronClad Industries is made requesting a return the customer will have 14 days to return the product to the address provided. If the return is not received within those 14 days the return will be voided and product will be returned to the customer.
Products must be returned unused/uninstalled/undamaged condition.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all products. If the product is returned in its original condition a refund will be issued minus the shipping and restocking fee.
There are no refunds on shipping fees
Products are non-refundable after the 2 week period referenced above.
Refunds will be returned to the initial form of payment (credit card etc) within 2 weeks of IronClad Industries receiving the product. The 2 week timeline will be determined utilizing shipping tracking.
Products purchased from a dealer should be returned through the dealer.
Certain products cannot be returned, such as custom products or custom builds to include: custom fabrication, engine builds, custom turbo kits etc.
DAMAGED or MISSING PRODUCTS:
Call 623-440-1138 to report damaged or missing items.
Take a picture of all items and the shipping label.
A representative will provide you with an email address to send pictures to. Once the pictures are seen and damage is determined the representative will determine the next necessary steps. If your package was shipped with insurance the shipping company will need to be contacted.
